Once
you have decided to buy
When
your apartment is nearing completion Isla Canela will
contact you to finalise the purchase. The completion of
your apartment will take place at the Notary in Madrid.
Isla Canela recommend you instruct a power of attorney to
act on your behalf.
There is a Spanish Notary in London who can arrange a
power of attorney. His fees are £175 (one hundred and

decided to use her £175 to visit Isla Canela. For only 60
euros she was able to arrange a power of attorney at the
town hall in Ayamonte. Her solicitor Gloria Crespo Diaz
made all the arrangements.
